I aim to get things shipped within 2-4 working days of receiving an order.
All prints shipped in a sturdy mailing tube to ensure no damage is done to your print. ( Unless stated otherwise )
Unless specified in the product listing, things are sent by first class post (UK) and standard airmail (overseas).
If you live in York and need something urgently, you can always pop into the studio and pick it up. Get in touch and I’ll let you know if it’s possible!
Handling Your Print
I go to great efforts to package your print perfectly! When I package a print we know how to roll it in relation to the paper grain and I also wear white gloves to ensure I don’t get dirty fingers on the print. However when the artists works they may not be quite as delicate and you may find ink spots or small marks on your print that are not intentional but are part of the handmade process.
When removing your print reach in with CLEAN HANDS and gently twist the print to make it smaller, slowly pull the print out from the centre. DO NOT pull quickly at a corner as you will create creases!

**I advise that you wait until you have received your order before purchasing frames so that you can ensure you have the right fit.**
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform me in writing by email or letter within 14 days of making your order. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery, please ensure the same tube is used to return the item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please get in contact.
Breakages & Damages
If any item arrives damaged please contact me immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email us, we will discuss options: email@example.com. A replacement will be dispatched after we have either received the damaged item or after advice from Royal Mail. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.
For faulty items please return the goods to us within 14 days with receipt. I will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. In some cases the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case you will be refunded.
I make every effort to display the colours of my products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
There’s a very small chance that some information on angusvasili.com may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
